RETURN POLICY
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department by sending an email to return@hajjumrahandtours.com
You may return any unopened merchandise (except any personal use items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
RETURN POLICY FOR TRAVEL/TOURS PACKAGES
In an unfortunate situation you can cancel your reservation/travel package by contacting us at our contact page. There is a fee charged for any cancellation which is determined on how close the travel is supposed to start. The following is the schedule and any associated fee for cancellation request received:
- A full refund is offered if the travel is cancelled before 90 days it starts minus any shipping or non-refundable fee associated with the package (Resort fee, tax, or processing fee already paid for).
- A 25% return fee is charged when the cancellation is made within 90 days of the travel start date.
- A 50% return fee is charged when the cancellation is made within 60 days of the travel start date.
- NO REFUND when the cancellation is made within 30 days of the travel start date.
- Non-Refundable airline tickets are not refunded as per airline policy.
- Refund processing may take between 30 to 60 days before the refund is actually credited to the customer
NOTE: In addition any amount paid for a service (such as any shipping/packaging fee, air line ticket, hotel room, resort fee etc.) on customer behalf to a third party will not be refunded due to the air line or hotel/resort policies.
Cancellation must be received in writing.

U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most packages arrive within 2-8 business days. (not a guaranteed service)

International Orders
Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically take 10-21 business days.

*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
Canadian shipments, special notice
Canadian orders may be delivered via Purolator with full tracking information. Please allow 2-8 business days for delivery.

Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.
DOT restrictions on air shipping
Restricted items include: Aerosol-type products, pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray and shaving cream.
In compliance with DOT rules restricted items require ground-only delivery.
hajjumrahandtours.com does not ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO or International addresses.
